Project Details: GRG was sub-contracted by Protube Engineering to assist with project management support for the installation and commissioning of ship building equipment. GRG supported delivery and installation of a four-station CNC profile cutting line and a large ship press. GRG assisted with testing and handover activities for the fabrication facility. Due to successful delivery and recognised performance, GRG was subsequently requested to support other suppliers with similar activity at the same site.
Light Mechanical Workshop Design

Project Details: GRG provided professional engineering services to support the Department of Defence with planning the incorporation of a Light Mechanical Workshop into an existing building. GRG’s deliverables included an engineering report, a layout design of machinery and working areas, electrical plans and recommendations, AS compliance advice relating to AS3000 and AS4024, compressed air reticulation recommendations and preliminary lighting design. The facility was located in a restricted area in a remote location, requiring access and security considerations for successful completion.
